Arrived at dawn in Chiang Mai, we aim for a relaxed day but still end up visiting four temples - all pretty though!

Our last day in Bangkok caps out with a shopping spree in the floating market, before a troubled night on the night bus to Chiang Mai.

We party hard for New Year’s Eve after enjoying the fireworks from a rooftop bar (quintessential Bangkok I’m told).
